These terms cover your use of the Rizzr app. Using Rizzr means you accept them.
Who can use Rizzr
You need to be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live. If a jurisdiction sets a higher age for consenting to this kind of service, that age applies instead.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep that account secure — anyone who can get into it can get into Rizzr. Tell us at hello@rizzr.ai if you think someone else has access.
What Rizzr is, and is not
Rizzr gives opinions about clothes. They are generated automatically and are not always right. Treat them as a second view, not as instruction.
Rizzr is not a medical, psychological, nutritional or professional service of any kind, and nothing it says is advice of that sort. If something about your appearance or body is causing you distress, please talk to a qualified person rather than an app.
Your content
Pictures you keep and things you write stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service for you — to store what you keep, show it back to you, and pass a camera still to our analysis provider to answer your question. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not publish it.
Only photograph people who are happy to be photographed. Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to upload.
Fair use
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the service, and do not use it to build a competing dataset. Answers are rate-limited per account, because each one costs real money to produce.
Availability
Rizzr is provided as it is, without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We try to avoid losing anything you have kept, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Rizzr. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You can stop at any time — see Account Deletion. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will say so in the app before it takes effect.
