Delete your account

You can remove your Rizzr account and everything in it yourself, without asking us. It is permanent and there is no undo.

From the app

1. Open Rizzr and make sure you are signed in.
2. Go to your profile.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

The account is removed straight away and you are signed out on that device.

By email

If you cannot get into the app — a lost device, a sign-in that no longer works — write to hello@rizzr.ai from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is really you before doing anything, and aim to complete the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile — name, email address and picture
• Your whole conversation with Rizzr, both sides of it
• Your closet, including every stored image
• The short notes describing your looks
• Your sign-in sessions, which are revoked immediately

Camera frames from live sessions are not on this list because they were never stored in the first place.

What lingers briefly

Encrypted backups roll off on their own schedule and are overwritten within 30 days. Basic operational logs — the kind that record that a request happened, not what was in it — may persist for a short period where we are required to keep them.

Deleting the app is not the same thing

Removing Rizzr from your phone leaves your account intact on our side. If you want the data gone, use one of the two routes above.
